Tardy, Pickup & Attendance Policies

For students to perform at their best, it is imperative that your child arrives promptly to class to benefit from every minute of instruction time. While instruction time is valuable, regular attendance is even more critical. With a limited number of Saturdays, it is essential that your child does not miss any learning material presented each week. Therefore, we ask you and your student to treat each Saturday as a precious day to fully benefit from our Islamic education program.

Please review the following:

  • Tardiness reduces the instructional time of the student who is late.

  • A student's tardiness interrupts the class he or she is coming into, resulting in a loss of instructional quality and time for all students.

  • Students late to class frequently are noisy in the halls and disturb surrounding classrooms.

  • Parents should pick up their kids at 2:30 pm and no later than 2:40 pm.

Photo/Video and Sample Release Form

Throughout the school year, there may be occasions when the Al Noor Saturday School staff, the media, or other organizations, with the approval of the school manager, may take photographs or audio/video recordings of students. Additionally, students' work may be displayed internally in classrooms and hallways for educational purposes and as a historical record.

Al Noor Saturday School also uses photographs of students for publicity and educational purposes. We promote our school through the Al Noor Foundation website, presentations, the internet, and other media sources.
